PPTC Refund Policy

Memberships:

PPTC membership dues are not refundable, but the membership may be transferred to a family member or friend at any time.

Rides and Special Events:

• A full refund, less a $10 processing fee, is given if a person cancels more than twenty-one days prior to the event. After that, refunds are given at the discretion of the event coordinator. Cancellation policies for rides and special events are established by each event coordinator.
• PPTC Century: no refunds are given for the one-day Century ride.

Merchandise:

Full refunds or exchanges will be given for product purchases within 30 days of purchase.
