I am very conscious of where and, how I lock my bike up when I go somewhere. At the same time, I do feel there should be a forum for promoting not just bicycle safety, but also theft prevention.

I spent $700 on my 2003 Specialized Allez. I don't have the money to buy a new one right now yet, regardless of my financial situation, no one likes to find out their bike has been stolen.
