This is a legacy PPTC ride that is documented here for your convenience. This lovely ride shares roads with MassSky, SkyMass, Stasburg-FortValley, the Apple Blossom Boquet, and the Zap the Gap rides. It has climbs, rollers, and long spins. The scenery is great. Total climb is about 6550 feet, with an average of about 83 feet/mile. For a shorter version, see the Strasburg Fort Valley Ride. They add "I have learned that this ride's exposure makes it an ordeal in the heat but idyllic in the cooler weather. Fast run down the Fort Valley , then over the Edinburg Gap, and then miles and miles of rollers as we head back to Front Royal through Middletown ."
