Get an early jump on spring by joining us for a weekend at the beach. Lewes is a small, picturesque, and historic town near Rehoboth Beach. This weekend is noted for its sociable atmosphere and the ease with which you can meet new people, so come alone or with a friend or spouse.

We will have rides ranging in length from 20 to 65+ miles, all flat. Many rides visit nearby wildlife refuges, a winery, and beaches. We will stay at the Beacon Motel, which has been our home away from home for the last 15 years.

Weekend Cost:

• Double occupancy: $170/person
• Single occupancy: $230/person
• Triple occupancy: $140/person
• Meals and cue sheets only: $80/person
• If you are not a PPTC member, add $20/person or join the club for $30/person or $35 per couple.

The cost of the weekend includes the following:

• A nice motel two blocks from the center of town, and a few blocks from the beach.
• Cue sheets and maps available starting Friday at noon.
• Organized rides of various lengths on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ice Cream Social/Welcome Party Friday night.
• Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning at the motel.
• Lunch fixings on Saturday at the hotel.
• Buffet dinner Saturday night at LHR Seafood (formerly the Lighthouse Restaurant) overlooking Lewes Harbor.
• Snacks for the ride Sunday.
• Late checkout.
• Locked storage room to store your bikes.
• Hotel rooms with either two double beds or a queen bed and a trundle bed, and a refrigerator.

If you are coming by yourself, but would like to share a room, we can assign a roommate. For people who wish to obtain their own lodgings, an option for full participation without lodging is available.

Cancelations: $10 fee for cancelations before April 17th. Starting April 18th, refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis, as we will have obligated to a final count.
