This is an ATB ride. 44% is on dirt/gravel roads. Steep ascents and descents on gravel and dirt. Some long paved climbs too. Two climbs on Bust Head Rd. (dirt). Climbs on Foxcroft and Landmark School Rd. (paved), two climbs to get over Bull Run Mountain on Bull Run Mountain Rd. (dirt). Off-road conditions vary, check them in advance for fresh gravel.
