PPTC Jersey Sizes

Is there anywhere I can find help on what the various PPTC jersey sizes mean? I've ordered various 2XL and 3XL jerseys from all sorts of places, only to find that some are skin tight (not a pleasant sight with my skin...) and others flap in the breeze.

jersey sizing availble

I added a link to the club jersey product page (http://voler.com/products.aspx?CID=1&PID=1
). It links you to Voler's website. Then just click on the "sizing" tab.
