Yesterday I went to Spoke's in Belle View. I had a set of brake pads, but didn't know how to put them on. I expected to drop the bike off, and was hoping that they would install my parts and just charge me for the labor. What I got was far better! They installed them on the spot while I waited and didn't charge me a thing! I really appreciated it. That is definitely a way to keep customers.
