Membership renewal process

So i logged on and it told me my membership expired in 26 days ... gaspp.

so i clicked on renew memebrship and it started a NEW MEMBERSHIP process. so what gives?

Looks like I may have similar problem.

Thought I had RENEWED (via web <1 week ago), but now got welcome packet in snail mail, and this web site says my membership is still going to expire.
Credit card was charged.

What should I do?

Did you click on the "renew"

Did you click on the "renew" link (available when you are logged in) or did you click on the "Join PPTC" link?

The renewal section asks for your last name and either email or phone number for verification, then it searches for your record.

Let me know if this does not work... the PPTC records reflect that you created a new membership, so I will make sure Sherri sets things straight with your old account.

Thanks, but web site when I log in still says membership expires in now 11 days.

I did add my family this time (prev was solo membership). Perhaps that is the difference?
