Directions: Pierce Mill is on the Rock Creek Bike Path north (upstream) of the National Zoo. I: From Beltway Exit-33, take MD-185 / Connecticut Ave south and go about 5 miles to a left turn on Tilden Rd. The mill is at the bottom of the hill. II: From Van Ness Metro, go south (towards downtown) on MD-185 / Connecticut Ave 2 blocks and turn left onto Tilden Rd and go down the hill to the mill at the bottom.

Notes: Rest rooms and water.
Meeting location is in the parking lot on the north side of Tilden Rd (small parking lot near rest rooms and water fountain), but preferred parking location is on the south side of Tilden Rd (side with picnic shelter and larger parking area). Parking is limited, but there is additional parking available in areas nearby Pierce Mill, such as the lot on Beach Drive just north of Pierce Mill.
