Directions: I: On C&O Canal Towpath at mile 48.2. II: From Beltway, exit north on I-270. Take the Rockville exit (MD-28) and go west 27.8 miles to the town of Point of Rocks and the railroad station on left. III: From Beltway Exit-12, take VA-267 / Dulles Toll Rd (bring change) to the end and continue into the Greenway Toll Rd (Note: bring $ for toll) to Leesburg for a total of 26 miles. From Greenway Exit 1B, take US-15 north - Frederick/ Point of Rocks. Travel 13 miles. Cross bridge. Immediately turn right in Point of Rocks onto MD-28. Three blocks down, park in train station lot on right. Allow one hour from Beltway.

Notes: No water but grocery store 0.3 mile north of RR station.
To get on C&O Canal Towpath, cycle back toward bridge, turn left on small residential street just before bridge. Follow street around to left, cross railroad tracks on bridge. Right turn to head north to Harper's Ferry.
